About Me
Dr. Kosiba is a licensed clinical psychologist and Health Service Provider in Massachusetts (MA Lic. # 11743, HSP). His therapeutic approach is built on thoughtful collaboration as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change. He specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on exposure-based treatments when indicated. Dr. Kosiba’s research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and he has presented at international conferences on topics related to anxiety, substance use, and behavioral medicine. Dr. Kosiba is a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital and holds an appointment as Instructor in Psychology (part-time) in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Kosiba provides individual psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation to teenagers and adults with a wide array of mental health struggles and concerns. Dr. Kosiba has worked extensively with all ages including college students and working professionals. He has a particular specialty in treating complex substance use disorders and co-occuring psychological problems.

Therapy
